One team woke up late in the early morning game, and the other almost went back to sleep.

Leading by 14 points in the third quarter, Douglas saw their advantage nearly evaporate, as Lyman would cut it to 1 with about 1:30 to go in the game, but the Lady Bearcats recovered in time to win 50-45.

Bailey Brooks scored 22 points for the winning team, and Haedyn Rhoades added in 12.

McKinley Bradshaw led the Lady Eagles with 31 points and 18 rebounds.

She is the leading scorer in the state in all classes.
