Buffalo Girls Basketball Team Hangs On To Beat Star Valley In Semi-Finals

This game was played the old fashioned way...no 3's.

Both Buffalo and Star Valley had to rely on 2-point field goals and free throws.

What ended up making the difference, was that the Lady Bison scored more points off of turnovers (13-4), in their 34-31 3A Semi-Final win.

Mariah Robinson was the leading scorer for Buffalo with 12 points.

Otessa Olsen of Star Valley countered with 10.

The Lady Braves got more support off of the bench (12-1), but it was a lack of 3's, and not taking enough advantage of turnovers, that ended up being the deciding factors.
