The Cokeville Panthers warmed up for regionals by winning the Carbon County Invite in Saratoga over the weekend.   The Panthers scored 215.5 points to runner up Lusk's 154.   The hosting Panthers of Saratoga were third at 146.  In all 17 teams were invited.

One highlight to the event was the return of Chance Maddock of Cokeville.   The Panther went 3-0 in winning the 135 pound weight class.   He is competing in his first tournament of the year after breaking his leg late in the second half of the 1A State Football Championships back in November.       He has been cleared by the doctors, ahead of schedule nonetheless, and will help Cokeville try to get back on top of the 1A/2A title chase after Greybull/Riverside stopped their run of five straight last year.

In other weights, Lingle-Fort Laramie's Brody Serres ran his record to 37 and 0 winning the 140 pound division.
