Douglas HS Grad Jill Espeland Given National Junior College Volleyball Honor

Douglas High School graduate, and current Sheridan College General Volleyball Player, Jill Espeland, has been recognized by the National Junior College Athletic Association, for digging her team out of a jam.

Espeland was recently recognized as the NJCAA Division 1 National Player of the Week, for week #10.

In 2 wins last week (Oct. 25-26, 2013) at Laramie County CC and at Eastern Wyoming College, she averaged 7.38 digs.

Sheridan College plays it's regular season finale on October 30th at Northwest College at Powell, then will head back to Eastern Wyoming College, November 6-9 to compete in the Region 9 North Tournament.
