The Gillette Camels made 5 straight 3 pointers to start the 2nd half and had to hang on to beat Natrona 64-62 in the quarterfinal round of the State 4A Tournament at Kelly Walsh on Thursday night. NC had a chance to win the game in the final seconds but couldn't convert on a 3 pointer to drop to 7-18 on the year. The Mustangs played an inspired game and were paced by Ben Acres who threw in 27 points on 10-14 from the field. Gillette was 11-31 from the 3 point arc and got 19 points from Tyler Neary and 16 points each from Trey Hladky and Dawson Miessler. The Camels are 17-10 on the year and advance to the 4A semi-finals on Friday. Natrona moves to the consolation round.
