There's a new #1 in one class while the other three classes booted out their #5 teams from a week ago.

Sheridan is back on top of the 4A girls basketball poll.  After beating last week's #1 East in Cheyenne, the Lady Broncs are back at #1.   The Lady Thunderbirds fell to second.  Natrona remains third despite getting 2 more first place votes that East. Gillette falls to fourth and Laramie remains fifth.  Big games on the 4A docket have #1 sheridan at #4 Gillette Friday and #2 East at #5 Laramie Saturday.

1)  Sheridan  2)  East   3)  Natrona   4)  Gillette   5)  Laramie

3A saw a shake up with Lyman's upset of Star Valley last week.   Douglas continues to dominate the division, however.  The unbeaten Lady Bearcats took all 24 of the #1 ballots. Rawlins is now second with Lyman third.  Star Valley falls to forth while Newcastle sneaks into the top five.  The Lady Dogies have put together a 10 and 5 overall mark and are 5 and 2 in the East conference.   They'll get a good test right out of the gate with that ranking when they go to #2 Rawlins Saturday.

1)  Douglas    2)  Rawlins 3) Lyman 4) Star Valley   5) Newcastle

2A has Tongue River with all 20 #1 votes to stay #1.  Lovell and Thermopolis continue to go 2-3 with Wind River fourth.  Southeast makes their debut on the poll at #5 as Burns is no longer in the top five.   One of the big games has #2 Lovell at #4 Wind River later tonight (Thursday).

1)  Tongue River  2)  Lovell   3) Thermopolis   4) Wind River   5)  Southeast

1A continues to see Cokeville on top with 11 of 12 top votes.  Lingle-Fort Laramie is second again.   Snake River and Rock River are 3 and 4 with Kaycee now in the top five as Upton has been replaced.
