Checking head-to-head record vs. highest team in the conference not involved in the tie, Upton wins tie-breaker over Kaycee for #1 seed, due to the fact that Upton swept Arvada-Clearmont, whereas Kaycee did not.

Midwest gets #4 seed over Hulett due to head-to-head sweep.
