Golfers are in Week 2 of their season already.

 

 

 

 

Rock Springs Invite:

This was a great preview of what 4A may come down to, especially on the boys' side.  Riverton's Easton Paxton held off Laramie's John Murdock and KW's Drew Petrie by a single stroke in the 2 day event to win.  Paxton shot a 139 with Murdock and Petrie going 140.   As a team, Riverton was on fire for a second weekend in a row with a sub 600 performance again at 598.  Central was 2nd at 621.

For the girls, Eryn Ellis won her second meet in a row.  She carded a two day 148 to win by 8 strokes of Kelly Walsh's Bailee Watt.   Ellis and her teammates blistered the field again with a 482, winning by 72 strokes over 2nd place Evanston.

Worland Invite:

Rawlins Invite:

Wheatland's Chase Cochran shot a 151 to hold off Central's Taylor Drydon by a stroke.   Central won the team standings.   Sara Kostur of Torrington won her second weekend in a row with a two day 182.  Kayli PHillips of South was 2nd.

Sundance Developmental Invite:

Big Horn's Andy Quinn topped defending 2A Champion Denton Shaw of Lusk by 2 strokes with a 79.  Austin Penning of Sundance was third.    On the girl's side, Caysea Hart of Lusk was first, five strokes better than runner up Ashley Sams of Moorcroft.   Lusk won the girl's title with Big Horn winning the boys.
