The Kelly Walsh boys will play for the 4A Championship for the first time since 2014 with a 54-37 win over Sheridan on Friday night at the Casper Events Center.

The Trojans had a 16-4 lead after one quarter of play and never looked back.

KW shot 44% from the field but hit just 3 out of 14 trey attempts.

Manny N'Tula led Kelly Walsh with 16 and Jaxon Hiatt added 13.

The Trojans outrebounded Sheridan 43-28 and it was a tough shooting night for the Broncs who did not have a single player in double figures.

Parker Christensen finished with 9 and Aaron Woodward had 8.

Kelly Walsh at 20-3 has not won a boys basketball state championship since 1981.

The title game tomorrow will be around 8:45pm Saturday night at the Events Center.
