(wyopreps.com) The 2007 4A West All Conference list has been released and topping the list are four athletes from state runner up Kelly Walsh. Lady Trojans, Emily Rochelle, Kristen Glisczinski, Kirsten Getter, and Morgan Griffith all made the list. Three athletes from the state champion Natrona Fillies were picked. Brianna Wood, Makenzie Bartsch, and Kayla Dick all made all conference. Star Valley, Evanston, and Green River all had two players make the list.

There were go players of the year for the 4A West as both Emily Rochelle of Kelly Walsh and Nicole Kallas of Evanston both share the honor. Brianna Wood of Natrona was named Defensive Player Of The Year. Coach of the year, went to Jeff Barkell of Kelly Walsh after leading the Lady Trojans to a number one finish at regionals and a numer two finish at state.
