(wyopreps.com) Cody golfers are on a roll. Both the girls team and the boys team swept another event, this time in their own back yard at the Cody Invitational. It was total domination by Cody as not only did the two varsity teams win, but the girls and boys JV teams won as well.

Girls varsity action saw Cody put up a total score of 562 which second placed Landers 587. Powell finished third. Individually the field was lead by Cody's Afton Balling who shot scores of 87 and 89 for a two day total of 176. Bri Sweeny of Worland had a 178 to take second, and Caitlin Hurlock of Lnader put together a 185 for third in the field.

The boys event saw the Broncs get out to a day 1 lead and hang on. Cody posted a total of 636 which was good enough to beat out second place Lander by 8 strokes. Lovell took third with a 736. Clinton Boutelle of Cody shot a 139 to again lead the field. Lander teammates Mark Sanders and Eric Ragan shot a 153 and 156 respectivley for second and third.
