Tongue River Boys, Thermop Girls Lead State Golf

(wyopreps.com) Day one for 2A state golf is in the books. The Nibrara Country Club in Lusk is hosting this years state event. Currently the boy's team results see Tongue River in first place with a day one 357, Lusk is in second at 373 and Meeteetse is third at 391. The girls are lead by Thermopolis with a day one 359, Sundance is in second at 381 and Lusk is third at 416. Jonathan Pischel of Lusk leads the boys frield individually shooting a 79 Friday. Meanwhile, Katie Clay of Lusk shot a 117 Friday to lead the girls pack.
