(/)

The Rock Springs legion baseball team has been forced to drop out of action from the state tournament this morning. Rock Springs has been accused of having four "illegal players" on the roster.

Wyoming commissioner Paul Eastridge had approved letting the four play this season, however the national legion baseball office overturned the decision late Tuesday night.

Rock Springs was already in Gillette where they were to play Sheridan Thursday. Sheridan, a #4 seed will get a BYE with Rock Springs no longer available to play.
