The Laramie Rangers played a doubleheader Thursday night with Green River fresh off a split with Sheridan.

Laramie swept the Wolves, winning game one 9-2. Game two was a 17-3 blowout in favor of the Rangers. The second game was stopped after just 4 1/2 innings due to the 10-run mercy rule. A 7 run 3rd inning for Laramie put them up big.

John Sorensen had a pair of home runs in the night, blasting a 2-run shot in the first game and a solo homer in the second.
