Sheridan blasts Riverton in game one of two Monday afternoon in R-Town. The game was stopped after 5 innings due to the ten run mercy rule.
Sheridan got a great pitching performance from Kyle Giesleman who went the complete 5 innings allowing just one earned run.
Sheridan had a balanced attack with the bats as well scoring 4 in the first, 1 in the second, 4 in the third, 3 in the fourth, and 2 in the fifth. Riverton's lone run came from a bases loaded walk to Doss Winter who scored Derek Watson.
Colten Brinkleman had a 2 run home run for the Troopers in the 5th inning.
