Both Burlington teams are out in front of the 1A West Regional Track Meets in Lander. The Lady Huskies have a 17 point lead on Cokeville heading into the second day of action. Dubois is a distant third.
On the boy's side, BHS has a 31 point lead on Meeteetse with Cokeville just 2 points behind the Longhorns.
2A has last year's 3A champs from Mountain View running away with the title with 166 points. Thermopolis has 101 and Rocky Mountain has 96.5.
Wind River is looking to repeat as 2A West Champions with 52 points. Wyoming Indian is second with 29.

Dubois Senior Lindsay Copeland has the fastest prelim times in all four of her events, the 100, 200, and both hurdles.
Mountain View's 2 time Track Gatorade Athlete of the year Amber Henry won the 800 and the 3200 meter runs.
UW bound Zane Bell of Wind River ran a 2:00.53 in winning the 2A 800.
Cokeville's Chase Maddock had the fastest prelim times in the 100, 200, and the 400.
