Second Half Run Lifts WY Girls To Win In Spearfish

A 12-1 run mid-way through the 2nd half, gave the Wyoming Girls Basketball All-Stars the lead and they would gradually pull away, en route to a 83-76 win over South Dakota, in Spearfish.

Four Wyoming players scored in double figures...Christie Schiel of Cheyenne Central led the Wyoming scorers with 22 points.

The big stat difference was the bench as Wyoming outscored South Dakota, 38-9.

Wyoming also out-rebounded South Dakota, 52-38.
