State Swimming and Diving hits the pool in Gillette this weekend with 4A first.

There are 12 teams in each division, 3A and 4A, competing for titles and All American status at the Gillette Aquatic Center.

4A:

Kelly Walsh repeats as 4A state champs, with 253 points.

Jeremy Young of KW won the 100 yard freestyle and the 200 IM.

Rock Springs was runner-up with 200. Kayden Harbison of RS won both the 200 yard and 500 yard freestyle.

Lander 19-peated as state champs.

In the preliminaries, the Tigers' 200 Yard Medley Relay Team set a new 3A Record with a time of 1 minute 39.15 seconds. Tucker Russell, Ryan Crawford, Chase Bolding, and Griffin Leemon. The old record was 1:40.46.
