Teila McInerney had a double-double with 23 points and 14 rebounds, to help Sundance (23-3) prevail in OT 44-39 vs. Wyoming Indian (21-8), and enable the Lady Bulldogs to win the school's first ever state basketball title (girls or boys) in school history.

For the Lady Chiefs, it's their second straight runner-up finish.

Alexandra Trosper scored 23 points for WIHS.
