Track and Field gets revved back up after the holiday weekend.

Worland got the track weekend going with their D and D invite.   Named after longtime coaches Don Vail and Doug Reachard, the D and D Invite saw nine schools compete.  On the girls side, Worland’s Jessie Eaves tore up the home oval winning both hurdle events, the 100 and was on the winning 4 by 1 relay as the anchor.  The Lady Warriors beat Powell by 9 points to take the team title.

On the boy’s side, Cody’s Noah Rivera won the  2 and 400 and anchored the winning 4 by 4 relay for the Broncs.   Powell’s Vince Sleep won both of the throws.  Powell would beat Cody and the rest of the field by nearly 35 points to take the team title.
