The second week of wrestling is in the books.  Here are results.

Rapid City hosted a big tournament on the mat this weekend.   35 teams were on hand.  Gillette won this event last year but finished third this year.  Pierre won it with 215.5 poins.   Rapid City Central was 2nd wih 181.5 and the Camels third with 175.5.    The Camels did have three champions.  Powell finished ninth, Worland 15th, Natrona 17th, Douglas 18th, Riverton 19th, and Sheridan 20th.

Cheyenne's Charlie Lake Memorial

Cheyenne East hosted their annual Charlie Lake Memorial.   The Thunderbirds won their own tournament to make it 2 team titles in a row.   Douglas finished 2nd.  In all there were 15 teams, many from out of state.

Lusk Invite

Lusk hosted a two day wrestling event.   Moorcroft had six individual champions and won the team title.  In all, the Wolves placed 12 in the top four places.  Glenrock was 2nd in the 17 team field.

Braves Brawl in Star Valley

Star Valley won their own invite going 6-0.  Sugar Salem, ID, was second going 5-1 and Cokeville was third at 4-2.    More details to come.
