Although Laramie and Cheyenne South split conference head-to-head games, Laramie beat South at the Riverton Invitational in late August, thus the Lady Plainsmen get the #5 seed.

Natrona and Kelly Walsh split their head-to-head conference games, but Natrona did beat Kelly Walsh in the Casper Invitational. Plus in the conference head-to-head games, NC beat KW in 3 games, whereas KW beat NC in 4 games, thus NC gets the #1 seed and KW is the #2 seed.

Green River gets #5 seed over Rock Springs, because when the 2 teams played their head-to-head conference games, GR beat RS in 3 games, whereas RS beat GR in 5 games.
