The Wyoming Indian Lady Chiefs held the top offense in Class 2A, to 27 points below their average in the first round of the state tournament.

WIHS's defense was too much for Niobrara County to handle, as the Lady Chiefs advanced with a 40-30 win.

Teanna Trosper scored 12 points to lead Wyoming Indian.

Meanwhile the Lady Tigers only shot 26% for the game, including 1 for 18 on their 3 point tries.
