The 2nd edition of girls rankings for basketball are out.

There are two new #1's this week.   Sheridan is #1 in 4A while Tongue River is #1 in 2A.

After Sheridan in 4A, Cheyenne East is #2.   Natrona is third with  Gillette and Laramie  rounding out the top five.   All five of the teams ranked this week received a first place vote.   Sheridan would half of the sixteen votes with East and Natrona getting 3 each and Gillette and Laramie getting 1 a piece.  Five of the seven remaining teams all got mention in the second week of 4A voting.

3A has Douglas on top.  The Lady Bearcats took 21 of the 23 top votes after going 3-0 at Riverton's invite.   Star Valley is #2 with the other 2 votes.  Powell's opening weekend has the Lady Panthers debuting on the polls in the #3 spot.  Rawlins and Cody rank 4 and 5 again this week.

2A sees Tongue River take over the #1 spot.  TR beat #3 Thermop in Thermopolis last weekend while #2 Lovell was battling 3A teams in Riverton.  The Lady Bulldogs fall to second with Thermopolis staying third.  Burns and Wind River each make their debut on the charts at 4th and 5th respectively.   Southeast and Wyoming Indian, who didn't play last week, drop out of the top five.

1A has Cokeville's girls a unanimous #1.   Lingle moves up to second with Snake River now third and Burlington 4th.  Upton is on the top five this week at #5.  Five other 1A teams received votes.
