Little Snake River Takes 1st Step Towards Another Title

Little Snake River ran the table in 1A 6-man football in 2021, finishing with a state championship. With 6 man football wide open on offense, the Rattlers will fit right in with some superior talent. Running back Kannadis Peroulis ran for over 1500 yards last season and rang up 21 touchdowns. Needless to say, he was an all-state selection and is joined by 3 other all-state picks for 2022; Hadley Myers, David Hernandez, and Seth Maxson.

Little Snake River went on the road to start the season over the weekend and blitzed Meeteetse 48-0. Now Meeteetse is a young team this season but they certainly were stout a year ago. But LSR has all the tools to repeat as state champs but it won't be a cakewalk by any stretch. The Rattlers will be on the road this week to meet a tough Dubois squad while the Longhorns will be looking for their first win of the season on Saturday at Kaycee.
