It was a busy Saturday for Lyman in this tournament starting out with a 3-0 win over Grace, 25-19, 25-21, and 25-14. In the semi-final round, the Eagles dispatched West Side, Idaho 25-22, 25-14, and 25-11 and that win pitted them against their rival Mountain View. In that championship match, Lyman prevailed in an epic match 25-21, 21-25, 25-23 23-25, and 15-10.  Lyman beat Mountain View in the 3A state championship match in another epic match.

Lyman has been retooled as they lost 3-time all-state selection, Brice Hansen, to graduation and all-state middle hitter Kendyll Dickerson. However, the team returns all-state outside hitter Sage Bradshaw as well as senior Caroline Bradshaw.

We have some images to share with you of the Lyman JV volleyball squad in our gallery below, thanks to Dell Barnes, from last Thursday's JV match vs. Manila, UT. Enjoy!
