The coaches for the 2012 Shrine Bowl have been announced.

Through the process of nominations and voting by the Wyoming High School Head Football coaches,  Jim Stringer of Powell will head up the north while Chad Goff of Cheyenne East takes the lead on the South.

Stringer led Powell to the state 3A title winning two road games in the playoffs before holding off three time defending champion Douglas in the final seconds of the 3A state championship game.

Goff took East to the 4A title game after knocking off previously unbeaten and #1 ranked Natrona in the semi fianls.   They fell to Sheridan in the finals.

These coaches will now begin the task of selecting their assistant coaches and the players for the game.

The 39th Annual Shrine Bowl Football game will be in June in Casper.
