The regular season is nearly done in Wyoming prep fastpitch softball. Only four doubleheaders have to be played on Monday and Tuesday.

Week 8 will extend a little into next week because weather postponements pushed a few games into early next week.

With the regular season winding down, teams are continuing to fight for seeding at the upcoming regional tournaments

Besides a few conference and cross-quad games, the big events are the two softball invites in Cody and Gillette.

Laramie joined the rankings for the first time this season. They've won seven straight games.
