High school sports in the 'Cowboy State' have had their share of outstanding athletes from 2010-2021.

In its 31st year of honoring the nation’s best high school athletes, The Gatorade Company, in collaboration with USA TODAY High School Sports, announced Lauren Taubert of Natrona County High School as its 2015-16 Gatorade Wyoming Girls Track & Field Athlete of the Year.

Natrona's Lauren Taubert has been making quite an impression on the national track scene.
