Yoder's Hadley Thompson and Kemmerer's Taylor Thoman led the Cowboy State contingent by winning titles at the 2026 National High School Finals Rodeo.

Cowboys and cowgirls from Wyoming will compete at the 2026 National High School Finals Rodeo in Lincoln, Nebraska.

She won 2 individual events at the National Finals.

Thompson won two events and the highly coveted world all-around championship for cowgirls.

The first round concluded on Wednesday morning at the 2025 National High School Finals Rodeo (NHSFR) in Rock Springs.

The 2025 National High School Finals Rodeo (NHSFR) starts on Sunday, July 13, in Rock Springs and goes through Saturday, July 19.
