The Cokeville Panthers are well on their way to a 2nd straight state championship as they have a sizable lead at the 1A Girls State Track Meet. Cokeville has 102.5 points with 2nd place Saratoga logging in with 38 and Meeteetse has 36. In the 800 meter run, Ten Sleep's Kelli Holiday sucessfully defended her state title as she outgunned Cokeville's Cienna Halls with a winning time of 2.20.98. That time is nearly 5 seconds faster than a year ago. Cokeville picked up 10 points as Tana Teichert leaped 33-8 to win the triple jump. Lingle has a super athlete in Kaelyn Riley and she won the long jump, going 16-7.75. The pole vault winner was Rheannon Hawk from Dubois who cleared 9 feet even.
