In-state wrestling meets this week are scheduled to take place at Gillette, Worland, Kemmerer and Wright.

Swim meets this week are scheduled to take place at Casper, Green River, Riverton and Newcastle.

Nordic skiers were competing on Casper Mountain to start the 2018-2019 season.

After one weekend of games, it's hard to tell in some cases as to which teams are the early season contenders.

Most of the games on opening weekend will either take place at Riverton, Gillette, Lyman, Mountain View, Glenrock, Burns, Upton, Hanna or Encampment.

For most teams, there's only 2 weekends of games before the winter break.

In-state wrestling meets on the opening weekend of the season are scheduled to take place at Cheyenne East, Evanston, Powell, Star Valley and Lusk.

The season starts with mostly relay and pentathlon meets taking place at Laramie and Rawlins.
