The last race has been run on the 2016 spring season.
It's time for the post-season to begin.
Half of the teams that will play in the upcoming state tournament have already qualified, and now it's time to determine the other half and seed them.
In its 31st year of honoring the nation’s best high school athletes, The Gatorade Company, in collaboration with USA TODAY High School Sports, announced Robbi Ryan of Sheridan High School as its 2015-16 Gatorade Wyoming Girls Soccer Player of the Year.
The Wyoming Shrine Bowl Board of Directors and John Cundall, the Executive Director, of the Shrine Bowl of Wyoming, are pleased to announce that the player selection for the 43rd annual Wyoming Shrine Bowl Football game to be played June 11th, 2016 in Casper, at Natrona County High School has been completed.
The regular season for all but 4 teams is complete.
There is one game scheduled on May 16 and 17, but the outcome will have no impact on post-season match-ups.
Regional meets are not only the last tune-up for the state meet, it's also the last chance for athletes to qualify for the state meet, in an event that haven't qualified for yet.
All 4A and most 3A teams will conclude the regular season on or before May 14th, while the rest will wrap up a few days afterward.
