At least one difference was found in each division of the final WyoPreps Coaches and Media Soccer Polls of the 2023 season.

Class 4A girls welcomed two teams into the top five and had a tie.

Thunder Basin went wire-to-wire as the No. 1 ranked 4A girls’ soccer team. The Bolts went unbeaten through the regular season and regional tournament. They earned 12 of the 14 first-place votes. West Region champion Jackson vaulted into the second position after being unranked the last few weeks. The Broncs received the other two first-place votes. Kelly Walsh held in third, and Riverton dropped to fourth. Laramie also slid one spot and is tied for fifth with Cheyenne East.

The other three divisions saw movement within the top five.

In 3A girls, the Cody Fillies also went wire-to-wire as the top-ranked team. They were a unanimous choice for No. 1 over the last eight polls this year. Worland held second, and Powell moved back up to third. That pushed Douglas down one spot to fourth, and Lander held in fifth.

Four-time defending champion Worland finished at the top of the 3A boys’ soccer poll. The Warriors garnered all but one first-place vote. Cody moved up to second, as the Broncs overtook Powell in the final rankings. The Panthers are third. Green River and Lander remained fourth and fifth, respectively.

Finally, Kelly Walsh ended the season in 4A boys as a unanimous pick for No. 1. The Trojans are the only undefeated team in the division. They received all the first-place votes over the last four polls of this season. KW was at the top of 4A over the last seven rankings. Cheyenne Central climbed to second after winning the East Regional Tournament last weekend. Jackson fell one to third. Thunder Basin and Sheridan held at four and five.
