The best Wyoming High School athletes in the state for the 2016 Girls Outdoor Track and Field season, have been named by the Wyoming Coaches Association.
The last race has been run on the 2016 spring season.
Regional meets are not only the last tune-up for the state meet, it's also the last chance for athletes to qualify for the state meet, in an event that haven't qualified for yet.
This is the last week of competition before the regional meets.
The in-state track and field meets this week are scheduled to take place at Sheridan, Riverton, Cheyenne South, Rocky Mountain, Star Valley, Powell, Douglas, Green River, Pine Bluffs, Lovell, Dubois, and Upton.
Big in-state track and field meets this weekend are scheduled to take place at Newcastle, Natrona, Glenrock, Burns, Riverside, Riverton, Rock Springs, Kaycee and Sheridan.
Track and Field meets scheduled for this weekend in state will take place at Worland, Cheyenne East, Kelly Walsh, Powell, Tongue River, Lusk, Burlington, Guernsey-Sunrise, Lyman and Wyoming Indian.
Coaches of the year for the 2016 Winter Sports Season, have been named by the Wyoming Coaches Association.

The opening weekend of the Outdoor Track and Field season will have colder weather, compared to the final weekend of the Basketball season.
