Marty Linford-Wyoming Coaches Association Hall of Fame Inductee

Marty Linford knows a thing or two about wrestling and it's no surprise that his Cokeville teams have been among the most consistent over the long haul in the State of Wyoming. He coached the Panther wrestling program for 22 years and earned 7 state championships, including 4 in a row in 2A from 2006-2009, and earned a couple more in 2011 and 2012. Linford's first state title came in 2003, his 2nd year as head coach.

He's mentored an astounding 40 state champions which includes 1, 4-time state champ, a trio of 3-time state gold medal winners, and 7, two-time state champs. Linford has been named the WCA Wrestling Coach of the Year 7 times and leaves an indelible mark on countless wrestlers and athletics in general.
