Encampment made the semi-final round of the 1A 6-Man football playoffs last season and wants to make the next logical step forward. They have a pair of returning all-state players in Quade Jordan and Kaben Pickett along with a returning all-conference performer in Ryan Miller. Those three will be major factors for this Tiger team on offense and defense.

Encampment put those skills on display last week with a 65-32 road win over Dubois. The Tigers came into the game with the #1 passing attack in 6-man football and the #1 defense. Encampment held Dubois scoreless for the entire first half and rung up 21 points in the 2nd quarter, 20 more in the 3rd, and 24 in the 4th. Dubois super-back Wyatt Trembly had 15 carries for 156 yards but it was tough sledding all the way around the Rams in this game.

Encampment is 3-0 and will have a Friday afternoon home game against HEM. Dubois is 1-2 on the season and the Rams will travel to Farson-Eden. We have a handful of photos from the Encampment-Dubois game in our gallery below. A big thank to Adria Trembly and Steve Trembly for those images.
