PhotoFest: Pine Bluffs Gets Hard Earned Win Over Lusk

The Pine Bluffs football team has won 16 in a row dating back to last season and found a way to beat Lusk on Friday on the road 21-14. The Hornets also had a narrow win over Wright earlier this season so they have been coming through in close games.

Pine Bluffs got a couple of running touchdowns from Cameron Jessen and Ryan Mohren added a TD. The Hornets had a productive 1st quarter with 14 points and led 21-0 at halftime.

Lusk is a talented team and they rallied with a touchdown of their own in the 3rd quarter to cut the lead to 21-7 and then another in the 4th to make it 21-4. The Tigers could not get any closer as they fell to 2-3. This loss broke a 2 game winning streak and they'll host Moorcroft on Friday.
