Torrington started the football season with losses to Gering, Nebraska, and Mitchell, Nebraska. Since then, the Blazers have lost just once, that being to defending 2A champion Big Horn.

After a solid win over Tongue River, the Blazers followed that up with a 63-0 rout of Glenrock on Friday night. Torrington took command of the game early with a 1-2 running punch of Bryce Hager and Kaiden Riggs. The Blazers received an interception return for a touchdown in the first half by Landre Greiman as the entire 2nd half was under the running clock.

Torrington got their 2nd and 3rd stringers into the game as they improved to 4-3 in 2A play and 4-1 in conference play. They'll be on the road this week at Upton-Sundance. It's been a rough year for Glenrock at 0-6 and the Herders will travel to Newcastle on Friday.
