Moorcroft basketball player Talissa Fischbach will be taking her skills to the next level as she has signed on with Dickinson State in North Dakota. Last season, Fischbach played a major role in the Wolves' run through the 2A State Tournament as the team made the state title game for the 1st time in school history. Moorcroft lost that championship game to Rocky Mountain but finished the season at 23-5. Fischbach averaged 11 points a game and 4.8 assists per contest. This season, she is averaging 11 points a game as the Wolves now compete at the 3A level.

She also competed in track and field and was part of the  2A State Champion 1600 meter relay team and also took 7th place at the state meet in the pole vault, clearing 6-11.

Dickinson State is an NAIA school that competes in the North Star Conference. The Blue Hawks women's basketball team went 10-22 last season and currently sits at 5-10
