As the season moves into the postseason, there were a handful of changes in the WyoPreps Coaches and Media Football Poll.

One team rejoined the rankings, and three total classes had a change in the playoff poll.

In 2A, Mountain View remained a unanimous choice for No. 1. They were followed again by Big Horn in second. Torrington jumped up two spots to third. Lyman was back in the poll for the first time since Week 4. Lovell dropped down to fifth.

It was a similar scenario in Class 1A 9-man. Lingle-Ft. Laramie kept the top spot with ten of the 18 first-place votes. Wind River held second and earned eight first-place votes. Both Big Piney and Southeast moved up one spot each. Pine Bluffs fell to fifth.

The final change was in 3A. Star Valley stayed a unanimous pick for No. 1. Cody and Powell swapped spots after the Broncs won last week. Cody moved up to second while the Panthers slid to third. Riverton and Buffalo held fourth and fifth, respectively.

For the third straight set of rankings, the order of 4A and 6-man did not change.

Little Snake River received all 16 first-place votes for No. 1 in the 6-man classification. The Rattlers were followed by Encampment, Burlington, Dubois, and Kaycee.

Sheridan was a unanimous selection for the top spot in 4A for the first time this season. The Broncs got all 18 first-place votes. All the second-place votes went to Cheyenne East. Natrona County, Campbell County, and Thunder Basin stayed in the same positions.
