Wyoming Girls Basketball All-Stars Win Third Straight In Billings; Split 2014 Series
The Wyoming Girls Basketball All-Stars recovered from their late stunning loss in Sheridan, to beat Montana in Billings, 81-75 OT, and thus splitting the 2014 series.
It's the third year in a row, that Wyoming has won in Montana.
Trailing by 1 with 2 seconds remaining in regulation, Gonzaga-bound Jill Barta of Fairfield, went to the free throw line to shoot 5 FT's (3 due a foul called on Rachel Erickson of Cheyenne East on a 3-point try, plus 2 more for a technical on Rachel.).
She only made 1, thus the game went into OT, and Wyoming took over from there.
