Cami Curtis enjoyed a solid senior season in basketball as her Campbell County team reached the 4A State Championship game. The Camels did lose to Sheridan in the title contest but Curtis had a tremendous game against the Broncs with 26 points on 9-16 from the floor and 5-7 from the free-throw line That 26-point effort was a season-high and threw in 21 points on 9-16 shooting in their first-round State Tournament game against Kelly Walsh. For the season,  Curtis averaged 13 points a game and connected on 50, 3-point shots. Those kinds of stats not only earned Curtis a spot on the 4A All-State team but a scholarship to Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota.

She was an All-Conference performer in her junior season, averaging 10 points a game and shooting 43% from the field. Curtis also played a big role on the Campbell County volleyball team with 212 kills this past season, along with 83 digs and 64 blocks.

Black Hills State is a Division II school that competes in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
