Abby Sanders of Sheridan Opts to Stay Home for College Volleyball

Sheridan High School’s Abby Sanders signed with Sheridan College to continue her volleyball career at the next level.

Sanders led the Broncs in kills and digs during her senior season. She finished with 189 kills on offense and 261 digs on defense. Sanders added 22 aces last fall, which was tied for fourth on the Sheridan squad.

A three-year letter winner, Sanders also ran indoor track and played basketball during her four-year prep career. She also spent three years in the peer helper program at Sheridan High School.

Sanders’ teammate, Nadja Gale, also signed with the Generals.

Sheridan College competes in Region IX. The Generals went 10-26 during the 2019 JUCO season.
