The ladies of Lyman were one victory shy of the 3A state championship but went 22-6 along the way. The Eagles did have the remarkable services of McKinley Bradshaw who averaged 17 points a game and was named all-state 4 years in a row. She has committed to the University of Wyoming program and was named the Milward Simpson award winner for the state's outstanding female athlete. In Lyman's 1st round game at the state tournament, it was a very one-sided affair with the Eagles prevailing 58-36. Bradshaw led with  15 with Brice Hansen contributing 10. In the 2nd round, Lyman crushed Powell 60-30 as Bradshaw had 16 with Olivia Smith throwing in 11. The Eagles did lose the state championship game to Douglas 56-41 as the Eagles shot just 24% from the floor. Bradshaw was the only Lyman player in double figures with 14. Looking ahead, Bradshaw will be hard to replace plus Olivia Smith and Kassidy Nelson were seniors too. But there will be 5 seniors on next year's team.
