Little Snake River has been winning football games and crushing their opponents for quite some time. They went undefeated in 2021 and 2022 en route to 1A 6-Man state championships and improved to 8-0 with a 74-20 win over Hulett in the 1st round of the playoffs. The Rattlers have hardly been challenged this year and their defense has been stout. Bridger Cozzens was in on 14 tackles in the Hulett game and he's also a monster on offense.

Cozzens had 12 carries for 220 yards and 6 touchdowns vs. the Red Devils. He had 2 scores that covered 5 yards apiece, plus touchdown runs of 18,19, 34 and 47 yards. The team as a whole had 359 yards rushing in the contest but quarterback Mason Jones was 5 for 5 for 114 yards and 2 TD passes.

LSR will host Dubois in the semi-final round of the 6-Man postseason tournament on Friday at 2 p.m. in Baggs. The Rattlers beat the Rams in the regular season 62-20. Hulett finishes the year at 2-7 but the Red Devils were making their 6th consecutive appearance in the playoffs.
