Sheridan’s Don Julian Steps Down
Longtime Sheridan football coach Don Julian is stepping down as the Broncs head man after 11 years at the helm. During his tenure in Sheridan, Julian won 5 state championships;in 2009, 2011, 2015, 2016 and 2017. The last 2 state titles for Sheridan came over Natrona at War Memorial Stadium in Laramie. Julian also won 4 state titles in 9 years with Riverton; in 1994, 1997,1998 and 1999. Julian coached teams played in 10 state championship games with a record of 9-1.In between his coaching jobs in Riverton and Sheridan, Julian briefly worked for the Wyoming Cowboy football program. His career record at the prep level was 165-44 without a losing season and was recently named the Super 25 Coach of the Year. Julian is currently Sheridan's athletic director.
