The Cokeville girls’ basketball team is known for its success. They would like to return to the top of Class 1A in the 2023-24 season.

The Panthers finished third last season in Class 1A with a 16-10 overall record. Cokeville won the 1A Southwest Quadrant at 6-2. They also took second at the 1A West Regional.

Two all-state players return. They are Addison Barnes and Mia Dayton for third-year head coach Ben Barnes.

WyoPreps spoke with two seniors Tyleigh Dayton and Bryli Groll, plus Coach Barnes before practice on our annual preseason basketball tour. We discussed how practice is going, what the focus has been early on, what some of the keys for the season will be, and more. We had a little more fun with the players.

We’ll see if they can get back to the top of the podium in 2024.
