The Cody defense held a powerful Jackson running game down for the 2nd time this season as the Broncs beat the Broncs 34-13 to win the 3A state championship on Saturday afternoon. Jackson averaged over 250 yards a game rushing the football this season but were held to 73 in the title game. Cody had a very productive first half offensively to win their 2nd title state championship in the last 4 years and finish the year 10-1. Jackson concluded the season at 9-3.
