2020 Natrona Volleyball Wrap

After failing to qualify for the 2019 4A State Tournament, Natrona regained a spot in the big dance in 2020 as the #2 seed from the West. In the quarterfinal round, the Fillies played an entertaining match with Thunder Basin but fell in 4 sets, 30-32, 25-13, 25-23, and 25-19. In the consolation round, Natrona was in another very competitive match but lost to Star Valley 25-17, 25-23, 17-25, and 25-23. The Fillies season concluded with a record of 13-11.

NC had two players earn all-state honors; Quinci Mooren who will continue her career at Casper College and Megan Hagar. Alesha Lane was named to the all-conference team. Looking ahead, Hagar is expected to return as a junior and Lane as a senior so the cupboard isn't bare by any means.
